VOIP Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between Uptime Technology Support ("Uptime Tech Support," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("you" or "your") for the use of our Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) services. By using our VoIP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Service Agreement:

    1. Scope of Services: Uptime Tech Support offers VoIP services that allow you to make voice calls over the internet.

    2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use our VoIP services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations and to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

    3. Service Modifications: Uptime Tech Support reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue the services at our discretion.

  2. Account Registration and Use:

    1. Account Creation: You must create an account with accurate and complete information to use our services.

    2. Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  3. Billing and Payment:

    1. Service Fees: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the VoIP services as specified in our pricing plans.

    2. Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance or on a recurring basis as specified in your service plan.

    3. Payment Information: You must provide accurate billing information, and you authorize Uptime Tech Support to charge your provided payment method.

  4. Term and Termination:

    1. Service Term: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and you may cancel at any time.

    2. Termination: Uptime Tech Support reserves the right to terminate your services for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

  5. Privacy and Data Security:

    1. Data Collection: We may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data collection.

    2. Data Protection: We will take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, you are responsible for the security of your own devices and data.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    1. Ownership: Uptime Tech Support retains all rights, title, and interest in the VoIP services and any associated intellectual property.

    2. Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute the VoIP services without our prior written consent.

  7. Liability and Warranty:

    1.  Disclaimer: Uptime Tech Support provides the VoIP services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

    2.  Limitation of Liability: Uptime Tech Support shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the VoIP services.

  8. Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify and hold Uptime Tech Support harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

  9. Governing Law:

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

  10. Cancellation:

    1. Cancellation by Customer:

      1. You may cancel the VoIP services at any time by providing written notice to Uptime Tech Support. Such cancellation shall be effective as of the last day of the billing cycle in which the notice is received. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle.

    2. Cancellation by Uptime Tech Support:

      1. Uptime Tech Support reserves the right to terminate your VoIP services for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of such termination, we will provide written notice, and the termination will be effective immediately upon receipt of the notice.

    3. Effect of Cancellation:

      1. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to our VoIP services. It is your responsibility to backup and retain any data or content you wish to keep. Uptime Tech Support shall not be liable for any loss of data or content upon cancellation.

    4. Outstanding Fees:

      1. Cancellation does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges. You are responsible for any fees incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.

  11. By using Uptime Technology Support's VoIP services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these cancellation provisions in addition to the previously mentioned "Uptime Technology Support - Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) Services Terms and Conditions."

By using Uptime Technology Support's VoIP services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and you will be bound by the latest version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
